For the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling program applications, use your existing Authorized Official logins and follow the same procedures for submission as your other grant applications with NeighborWorks America.

Please download and read the NFMC Getting Started Guide, link on the right side below the Login box.

Existing User: Enter your user name and password on the Login box to the right.

New User (Authorized Official only)

Step 1: Create a new user account in the Login section.
Step 2: After you have successfully registered for a new user account, you will receive your user name and temporary password by email.

New User (Organization Staff)
See your Authorized Official to request access to GrantWorks. Once you are given access, you will receive your user name and temporary password by email.

Reminder: Please submit a new Registration Form if your organization's Authorized Officials have been changed.  Registration Form for Authorized Officials.

If you would like to listen and see an online Introduction Training to GrantWorks, access the GrantWorks Introduction Training for Grantee. Note: You will need computer speakers and un-mute.

Intermediary and State Housing Finance Agency

Each Intermediary and State Housing Finance Agency has identified to NeighborWorks America their Authorized Official name. This Authorized Official has been notified by email with their user name and temporary password at the start of National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling program Round 1 in January 2008.

For the NFMC Round 2 applications, use your existing Authorized Official logins and follow the same procedures for submission. Only Authorized Official can login to apply and submit the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling program applications.
